Delete your account and data
To close your account and request deletion of your personal data, follow the steps below or submit the form. This page is accessible without signing in.
In-app deletion request
- Mobile app: Profile tab → Account & Data Deletion → Send deletion request
- Web: Dashboard → Profile settings → Account & data → Send deletion request
After you submit a request, our team verifies your identity and starts the process.
Data that will be deleted
- Your profile data (name, email, avatar, bio, social links)
- Images and descriptions of the artworks you uploaded
- Your likes
- Messages you sent and received
- Your notifications
Data retained by law

| Artwork images | Deleted 1 year after account closure | Temporary retention for copyright/dispute processes |
| Blockchain hash | Permanent — becomes anonymous | Cannot be deleted technically; personal link is removed |
| System logs | 6 months | Security and abuse detection |

Your request is processed within 30 days at the latest.
