Eğitim Teknoloji ve Oyun Derneği
As the Education, Technology and Games Association, we commit to the following ethical principles in all our activities.
1. Core values
Honesty and transparency: We commit to acting honestly and transparently and sharing our decisions and practices openly.
Equality and inclusion: We commit to treating everyone equally and inclusively regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, language, disability or socioeconomic status.
Accountability: We commit to taking responsibility for our actions and decisions and being accountable to stakeholders.
Scientific rigour: We commit to scientific methods and evidence-based practice in our work.
Sustainability: We commit to environmental, social and economic sustainability and considering future generations.
2. Governance and working principles
- Democratic governance: We adopt democratic principles in internal decision-making and encourage member participation.
- Financial transparency: We use the association's resources appropriately and report our financial position transparently.
- Avoiding conflicts of interest: We apply policies to prevent conflicts between personal and association interests and declare potential conflicts openly.
- Privacy: We protect personal and confidential information and act in compliance with applicable law.
3. Reporting ethical violations
Safe channels exist to report behaviour that violates our ethical principles. To report violations or seek advice, email etik@egitimto.org. All reports are kept confidential and no retaliation will be taken against reporters.
